Empowered Peace is a hands-on self-defense class designed to help you protect yourself physically and emotionally. Led by experienced instructors, each session focuses on fundamental defense techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for reducing anxiety in confrontational situations. You’ll leave feeling more secure, capable, and empowered to navigate everyday life challenges.
